What You'll Do
- Accurately enter and maintain inventory transactions in the ERP system (receipts, transfers, returns, spoilage, disposals, and adjustments)
- Perform weekly cycle counts, end-of-month counts, and support physical inventories
- Review inventory discrepancies, investigate variances, and support resolution with cross-functional teams
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are available and properly documented to avoid line stoppages
- Create and process requisitions for last-minute requests and production needs
- Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for inventory and production-related transactions
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and basic tracking tools
- Communicate regularly with Production, Warehouse, FSQA, Customer Experience, and Procurement teams via email, Teams, radio, and in-person
- Support administrative tasks including scanning, filing, emailing, and record maintenance
- Proactively identify process gaps and escalate issues for resolution
- Comply with company policies, GMPs, and all health and safety requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing, distribution, or food production (food environment preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience with inventory counts, data entry, or administrative support
- Experience using ERP systems preferred (Centro, EATEC, or similar)
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter, capable of working independently or through others
- Skilled at prioritizing, solving problems, and performing under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading, counting, following instructions, and basic math
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and occasional overtime
- Forklift or electric pallet jack experience a plus
Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching)
- Ability to work in cold storage environments (-15°F to 55°F) for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, able to cover varied shifts and weekends
- Requires ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Regular communication and coordination with cross-functional teams throughout the workday
- Comply with company policies, GMPs, and all health and safety requirements
Shift & Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm - Flexibility may occasionally be required to support production needs, operational issues, or special projects.
Base Pay
- $21.50USD/hourly
