What You'll Do

• Assist with overall factory efficiency including setup, startup, staging raw materials, assembly, production, loading, labeling, stacking, sorting, and preparing items for shipping.
• Keep production and warehouse areas organized, clean, and hazard-free.
• Follow simple recipes and instructions to prep, cut, chop, slice, assemble, stock, sort, stage, and process products, raw materials, and meals across all operational areas.
• Perform routine production, assembly line, packaging, racking, unboxing, and box/container breakdown tasks.
• Participate in changeovers, line washdowns, sanitizing workspaces, inventory counts, sorting, and staging activities.
• Execute menu standards per approved SOPs from Executive Chef.
• Maintain a food-safe environment in compliance with State, Federal, and Revolution Foods food safety policies.
• Support waste management processes, including daily garbage and recycling disposal and proper separation for the “Green Waste” program.
• Follow safety-first practices, including proper equipment use, storage, and maintaining hazard-free work areas.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, consistency, teamwork, and effective communication.
• Complete routine tasks across all food production and warehouse departments.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You Bring

• Entry-level position; previous experience in fast-paced fresh food handling or a chilled factory environment preferred.
• Experience working as part of a team to achieve results.
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.
• Knowledge of safe food handling procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and standard procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varied shifts.
• Commitment to supporting nutritious, high-quality meals for children.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.

Shift: 11 pm - 7:30 am

Base Pay

• 17.61 USD hourly
