We’re looking for a highly strategic, polished, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role, this person will operate as a trusted right hand, acting as a gatekeeper, time strategist, and key liaison between the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure, discipline, and professionalism to every interaction. You will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized, priorities are clear, and executive operations run seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
- Own and strategically manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is optimized and aligned with the highest-impact business priorities
- Act as a true gatekeeper, protect time, prioritize requests, and create focus by filtering and structuring competing demands
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with precision, ensuring clear agendas, preparation, and follow-through
- Lead end-to-end coordination of Board meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-ups
- Prepare, organize, and ensure delivery of high-quality Board decks and supporting documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Board members, maintaining a highly professional and seamless experience
- Track action items and drive follow-through across executive leadership to ensure accountability and execution
- Interface confidently with senior leaders, Board members, and external partners on behalf of the CEO
- Draft, review, and manage high-level communications with clarity, professionalism, and discretion
- Ensure communication across stakeholders is streamlined, aligned, and executed at a high standard
- Create polished, executive-level presentations (PowerPoint) for Board meetings and key business initiatives
- Translate complex information into clear, compelling, and visually strong materials
- Ensure all content delivered to executive and Board audiences meets a high standard of quality and professionalism
- Bring structure, organization, and discipline to the CEO’s day-to-day operations
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and remove obstacles before they arise
- Ensure consistent follow-through on priorities, keeping key initiatives moving forward
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
- 8 - 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (CEO or Founder experience preferred)
- Experience supporting Board-level interactions and preparing executive presentations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong prioritization ability
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact confidently with Board-level stakeholders
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, able to build polished, executive-ready decks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset, anticipates needs rather than reacts
Salary Range: $98,000 - $120,000
