The Senior Manager, Menu plays a critical role in developing, managing, and executing Revolution Foods’ K–12 menus. This role supports menu creation, menu systems management, forecasting, and cost-per-meal performance, ensuring menus are student-appealing, operationally feasible, compliant, and financially aligned.
This individual serves as a key internal and external resource, supporting district partners, Sales, Operations, and Production teams to ensure successful menu execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain K–12 menus that are nutritionally balanced, student-appealing, and scalable
• Support and manage menu building platforms including Centro, MACs, and related systems
• Partner with Culinary to ensure recipes, portion sizes, and menu cycles are production-ready
• Maintain menu templates and support new market launches - Support cost-per-meal targets through recipe costing and menu adjustments
• Partner with Finance, Nutrition, and Procurement to align menus with cost targets
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency while maintaining quality - Partner closely with Production teams to ensure menu feasibility
• Gather operational feedback and support menu improvements
• Help implement new menu items and changes successfully - Support district menu reviews, presentations, and customization requests
• Assist Sales and Client Services with RFP responses and district meetings
• Support development of customer-facing menu materials - Support menu forecasting and planning processes
• Help manage seasonal rotations and regional menu adjustments - Provide guidance and support to Associate Product Manager and Technical Product Manager
• Help improve menu processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in K–12 nutrition or large-scale food service
• Experience with menu development and nutrition systems
• Knowledge of USDA meal requirements
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Experience in commissary or multi-site environments
• Experience with Centro, MACs, or similar systems
Salary Range: $130,000 – 150,000
