What You’ll Do

  • Develop Nutritious Menus – Create breakfast, lunch, snack, and à la carte offerings that meet federal and state nutritional guidelines.
  • Manage Nutrition Data – Maintain ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information in Eatec and other systems.
  • Ensure Compliance – Prepare reports, respond to audits, and support administrative reviews.
  • Educate & Train – Conduct nutrition and compliance workshops for students, parents, and school partners.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with purchasing, operations, production, food safety, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience with nutritional data, recipes, or ERP systems.
  • 1+ year in a food industry nutrition-related role.
  • Familiarity with USDA meal programs and food buying guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Experience in USDA Child Nutrition Programs or School Nutrition Management.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour
