Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Who We’re Looking For:

MyHealthTeam is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote). In this position, you will focus on executing digital strategies that deliver audience growth for both our media partners and MyHealthTeam. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Partner Success, and greater marketing teams to deliver high-quality audiences that meet our media clients’ expectations.You are detail-oriented and analytical. You can manage multiple digital channels for various campaigns while proactively ensuring that client initiatives, tasks, and actions are completed and tracking to expectations.

What you get to do every day:

  • Manage the execution of paid campaigns across multiple digital channels, including asset refreshes, target-audience optimizations, and the introduction of new creative concepts
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bids, and performance to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of KPIs
  • Generate and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
  • Provide strategic recommendations on audience targeting, ad creatives, ad copy, and new channel exploration to yield successful results
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase marketing cost efficiency and scalability
  • Create outside-of-the-box ideas to help develop innovative campaign strategies that drive performance improvements
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing
  • Assist in forecasting and budget management
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key internal partners in sales and marketing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Two to four years of related experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.)
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field is a plus
  • Expertise using Google Analytics 4 to identify and measure audience quality for paid campaigns
  • Excitement to roll up your sleeves and engage with internal cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset for seeking out and defining opportunities, including for your own personal growth
  • The ability to collaborate and provide strategic direction across various technical and creative teams
  • Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leveraging consumer data to find quality customers and engage, retain, and reactivate them through various marketing channels
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with in-depth analytics and problem-solving, the ability to think strategically while being detail- and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities

Expected Salary Range

$70,000 — $85,000
