Manager, Alliance Management Operations

Who We’re Looking For:

MyHealthTeams is seeking an experienced project management or operations manager with clinical trial recruitment experience to join our Alliance Management team. This person will help ensure quality and compliance across our client-facing projects with a focus on our clinical trial projects. The manager of Alliance Management Operations role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication, keen attention to detail, and a drive to maintain compliance.

The manager of Alliance Management Operations will engage with internal teams throughout the life of projects. This person will be focused on process and will consistently deliver high-quality output. The manager will work with the Alliance Management team to ensure we compliantly meet or exceed user, client, and MyHealthTeam business goals.

The manager of Alliance Management Operations will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Alliance Management directors and VP on project work, including:
    • Preparation of clinical trial and other project submissions for client and IRB review; co-management of submission processes
    • Project kickoff initiation and trafficking of materials to key stakeholders
    • Quality control reviews of articles, emails, ads and social drivers, and screener questionnaire content
  • Supporting the Alliance Management team on compliance and process efforts, including:
    • Adverse event monitoring and reporting for clients
    • Monthly and quarterly client report population
    • Trackers and screener monitoring across client projects
    • Clinical trial recruitment reporting and tracking
  • Having a strong focus on accurate work and execution
  • Helping to improve internal processes to support Alliance Management and MyHealthTeam
  • Building strong client relationships through proactive communications and solutions that go beyond project delivery to demonstrate value for the client business

What Success in this Role Looks Like:

  • Owning the clinical trial content internal routing, IRB submission, and review process across multiple projects with multiple clients
  • Ensuring monthly reports are populated in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy while understanding what data is available to share with our clients
  • Supporting repeatable and scalable process development in partnership with the senior manager and director of Alliance Management Operations in all aspects of their work
  • Maintaining a strong focus on accurate work and execution through checklists, processes, and templates
  • Asking questions of internal teams to understand barriers and escalate them to the larger Alliance Management team as opportunities for improvement
  • Bringing strong PowerPoint/Google Slides skills along with proficiency in other GSuite or Microsoft Office products
  • Being curious and open to troubleshooting, both individually and with teammates, to find efficiencies and address challenges

What We’re Looking For:

The right person for this role:

  • Has between two and five years of experience in process or operations roles in pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, or health care
  • Has experience with the MLR process of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries — specifically preparing submissions for Veeva or similar review systems
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Is excited to roll up their sleeves and engage with internal cross-functional teams in a startup environment
  • May have experience in clinical trial coordination or recruitment

Expected Salary Range
$60,000 — $80,000
