Financial Analyst – FP&A
Location: On-site in Santa Catarina (Monterrey area), Mexico
Reports to: Director of FP&A
Are you a numbers-driven problem solver with 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting? Are you passionate about using financial insights to influence strategic decisions and drive business performance? If so, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will play a key part in our financial planning and analysis operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to build models, assess performance, drive improvements, and support the financial health and growth of our company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive month-end close activities and support key reconciliations.
- Build and enhance financial models and frameworks for monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to uncover insights and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance, identify risks, and evaluate strategic opportunities.
- Develop forecasts and projections to support leadership decision-making and global initiatives.
- Review accounting systems and procedures for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support audits and business reporting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-enhancing strategies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare impactful presentations for leadership.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of our QMS (Quality Management System).
Who You Are
- You bring 5–7 years of hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting—ideally with exposure to the manufacturing sector.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master’s, MBA, or CPA is a strong plus.
- You may have honed your skills at a Big Four accounting firm, with a solid foundation in financial modeling, analytics, and audit or advisory services.
- You’re a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You can translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills.
- You're proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with NetSuite, Odoo, or data analytics tools is a plus.
- You’re known for being highly detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on—you roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Estamos buscando un(a) Analista Financiero(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de Finanzas. Este rol es práctico, estratégico y de alto impacto, colaborando directamente con equipos multifuncionales y líderes de la empresa para analizar resultados, desarrollar modelos financieros y apoyar la salud financiera de la organización.
Responsabilidades
- Participar en los cierres contables mensuales y apoyar con conciliaciones clave.
- Crear y mejorar modelos financieros para los reportes mensuales y trimestrales.
- Analizar estados financieros y métricas clave para identificar tendencias e insights.
- Colaborar con otros equipos para brindar orientación financiera, identificar riesgos y evaluar oportunidades.
- Desarrollar pronósticos y proyecciones para apoyar la toma de decisiones globales.
- Revisar procedimientos contables y sistemas para garantizar eficiencia, precisión y cumplimiento.
- Mantener registros financieros precisos para auditorías y reportes internos.
- Proponer iniciativas para reducir costos, aumentar ingresos y mejorar la rentabilidad.
- Realizar análisis financieros ad-hoc y preparar presentaciones impactantes para liderazgo.
- Contribuir al fortalecimiento continuo de nuestro Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS).
Perfil Deseado
- Tienes de 5 a 7 años de experiencia práctica en planeación financiera, análisis y contabilidad, idealmente en el sector manufacturero.
- Cuentas con una licenciatura en Finanzas o Contaduría; Maestría, MBA o CPA es un plus.
- Has trabajado en una firma Big Four o posición similar, con experiencia en modelado financiero, auditoría o servicios de consultoría.
- Eres analítico(a), orientado(a) a resolver problemas y puedes traducir datos complejos en ideas accionables.
- Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Manejas bien Microsoft Office o Google Suite; experiencia con NetSuite, Odoo o herramientas de análisis de datos es una ventaja.
- Eres organizado(a), detallista y práctico(a)—no dudas en involucrarte directamente en el trabajo.
- Te adaptas bien a un entorno dinámico y te entusiasma crecer junto con la empresa.
