Role Overview:
Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary? As a Senior Quality Control Technician at Fictiv, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your expertise in mechanical hardware inspection and problem-solving skills will play a pivotal role in our relentless pursuit of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Dive into the exciting world of quality inspection, utilizing our cutting-edge software to review parts and documents provided by our manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate closely with our partners to resolve any issues, ensuring our customers receive flawless products every time.
- Work hand-in-hand with our technical customer success team to secure waiver approvals and keep our customers happy.
- Be the bridge between our supplier quality engineers and manufacturing partners, driving continuous improvement in our processes.
- Keep the wheels turning smoothly by ensuring timely release of parts and supporting our partners in meeting shipment deadlines.
- Maintain meticulous records in our systems to guarantee traceability and uphold the highest standards of quality.
- Bring your innovative ideas to the table and contribute to the evolution of our workflow and tools.
Physical Demands:
- Embrace an active role that includes working at a desk for extended periods and handling weights over 35 pounds, as well as traveling locally for 26-50% of your time.
Travel Expectations:

Desired Traits, Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 or more years of experience as a Quality technician or similar role.
- Knowledge in CNC, Sheet Metal, and Injection molding process.
- If you're a recent graduate with 2 or more years of experience and have a passion for quality, we want to hear from you!
- Completed a technical career or graduated from Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
