What you'll do

As Team Lead Customer & Contract Operations (f/m/x), you will guide and develop our Contract Operations team while owning the operational direction of our contract lifecycle processes. You will drive excellence, shape workflows, and ensure smooth, compliant, and customer‑centric operations. Your leadership will directly contribute to efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of contract operations specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee and continuously enhance all contract‑related processes across the full lifecycle, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Design and refine workflows and operating standards that improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and elevate the overall customer experience.
• Drive improvement initiatives and operational projects that modernize contract operations and advance our strategic goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators, derive insights, and translate findings into clear actions to improve team and process performance.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Customer Care, Portfolio Management, Product, Tech, and Technical Support to ensure seamless alignment and execution across all touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.
  
  

What you'll bring

• Several years of experience in customer operations, business operations, or similar functions, ideally in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on empowerment, clarity, and performance.
• Strong analytical and process‑optimization skills, with the ability to transform complexity into structured, efficient workflows - AI knowledge is a plus
• Pragmatic, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented approach to leadership and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
