Job Description

💼 Your Role

As a Quality Analyst (Back Office), you will work from the office (PC-based role) to monitor and ensure the quality of heat pump installations.

You’ll support field teams by checking their work remotely and helping improve processes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Check installation quality remotely using internal systems
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
✔️ Review photos, data, and reports from field technicians
✔️ Provide feedback and suggest improvements
✔️ Work with teams (design, installation, maintenance)
✔️ Keep records of quality checks and results

Qualifications

🎓 What We’re Looking For

🌍 Good English skills (German is a plus)
💻 Basic computer skills
⚙️ Interest in technical/engineering topics
📚 Recent graduates welcome (training provided!)
🚀 Willingness to learn and grow

🕘 Shift 1: 09:00 – 18:00
🕛 Shift 2: 12:00 – 21:00

📍 On-site (modern open-space office)
💻 Back-office / PC-based role (no field work)

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 770,000 ALL gross/year
🎯 100,000 ALL annual bonus
