Job Description

📍 Location: Tirana, Albania – Rruga Myslym Shyri
🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

• Manage appointments, calls, and general inquiries professionally.

• Handle and distribute correspondence, deliveries, and messages.

• Support simple client or public requests and provide company information.

• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

• Assist with reservations and accommodation when needed.

• Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, mail dispatch, and photocopying.

• Monitor attendance records and manage internal documentation and archiving.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Administration, Communication, Languages, or similar field).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• English at B1+ level (sufficient for daily communication).
