Job Description

You'll be the operational backbone for our Product & Engineering organization, ensuring critical processes run smoothly and stakeholders stay aligned. This role focuses on execution - taking existing frameworks and making them work reliably across our 250-person engineering team.

• Own end-to-end execution of engineering rituals including roadmap planning cycles, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
• Drive follow-up and accountability on leadership decisions and cross-team commitments
• Coordinate incident response processes, postmortem completion, and operational reporting
• Track and communicate progress on key initiatives across multiple engineering domains
• Maintain visibility into team health metrics, contractor management, and organizational changes
• Facilitate communication between engineering leadership and broader company stakeholders
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience coordinating complex projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (German is a plus)
• Experience with project management tools and creating clear status communications
• Self-directed and reliable - you'll own these processes with high amount of autonomy
• Interest in organizational effectiveness and continuous process improvement
