Job Description

• Own quality assurance across manual, automated, and embedded systems testing
• Build, maintain, and scale custom automation frameworks (Pytest, Robot Framework)
• Define and implement QA strategy including integration, performance & stress testing
• Actively contribute to CI/CD and DevOps flows; collaborate closely with developers and product teams
• Work with IoT protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, OCPP, and use tools like Wireshark or JTAG for debugging
• Set up cross-functional QA processes and lead QA enablement initiatives across teams
• Work hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, Git, and ArgoCD
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance across multiple domains (web, embedded, APIs)
• Strong programming and test automation skills (Python preferred)
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tooling, and how QA fits into modern delivery pipelines
• Understanding of embedded systems, IoT communication standards, and network debugging
• Experience with cloud-native development and modern infrastructure setups
• A proactive mindset – you’re the one who sets up QA culture, not just executes testse
