Stellenbeschreibung

• Assist in updating and maintaining IT asset records (hardware, software, services) using tools like Snipe-IT.
• Help review software requests and collaborate with departments to maintain an accurate and secure software catalog.
• Support procurement efforts by preparing purchase orders, verifying invoices, and reviewing contract terms.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors to gather quotes and manage delivery timelines.
• Track warranties, license renewals, and third-party support agreements to ensure compliance and continuity.
• Participate in reporting and documentation of asset usage, inventory levels, and procurement activities.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and cross-functional collaboration within the IT & Security department.
  
  
  

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style.
• Interest in both the technical and operational sides of IT asset management.
• Comfortable working with data and multiple systems for documentation and analysis.
• Effective communicator who enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Excel, Snipe-IT, or ERP tools is a plus but not required.
