Job Description

Your mission is to help Enpal build thousands of sustainable energy systems by ensuring

high efficiency in the logistics of their components to construction sites.

What You Will Do

• Conduct operations research, overhaul a set of relevant KPIs and support
  
  
  

process transformation in partnership with the Head of SCM Finance, VP of SCM

Finance, and the senior management.

• Ensure accurate demand forecasting for SCM by enabling enhanced data
  
  
  

modelling.

• Develop deep knowledge of ERP data, use it to ensure adequate usage & design
  
  
  

of ERP in collaboration with the Operational Excellence and the Digital Product

teams so all materials for customer deliveries and returns are accounted for in

the inventory.

• Automate SCM reporting by transitioning from Excel-based reports to a unified,
  
  
  

automated system using our centralized data warehouse.

• Closely work with stakeholders across Material Planning, Procurement and
  
  
  

Hardware Engineering and overarching SCM teams to strategize and deliver

reports supporting stock-out, alerting low stock levels and adoption rate of new

products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience as Senior BI Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or
  
  
  

Data Analyst.

• High proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau,
  
  
  

Power BI, or similar. Our tech stack includes dbt, Snowflake, Streamlit and

Tableau.

• Exposure to Python (e.g. pandas) and Excel for quick a-hoc data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of using
  
  
  

data to improve business outcomes.

• Enthusiasm for working in dynamic, rapidly changing environments, with a
  
  
  

commitment to operational excellence and innovation.
