We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager - Sales to join our dynamic team —a new and exciting venture for our company. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales and business development, preferably in the D2C digital sales, who are passionate about driving growth, forging new partnerships, and making a difference in the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager – Sales at Enpal, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling our presence in the French market and make Enpal leader in the European market. Key Responsibilities
- With the support of the Enpal expansion team you will develop and implement the instruments to acquire first residential customers in the French market. You will take the lead in the “how” we sell, together with marketing and operations.
- Drive the acquisition of key customers establishing Enpal as a market leader in the renewable energy sector in the new region.
- Drive market entry execution for launching Enpal’s renewable energy solutions in the new market, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision and objectives.
- Hire a stellar team of Sales Managers.
- Proven experience in D2C Sales, ideally in the renewable energy, or in a fast-paced environment that requires constant challenges and flexibility.
- Derired knowledge of renewable energy solutions, including solar, energy storage, heat pumps, and related technologies, and how they can be marketed and sold.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
