The Quality Analyst is responsible for overseeing and controlling the work of technicians during product installations of PV system or the Heat Pump. They ensure that all work meets the required criteria and standards of the protocols, providing vital feedback for improvement. The role involves meticulous quality checks conducted at various stages of the installation process to guarantee a high standard of work.

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Remotely evaluate the technical quality of photovoltaic (PV) and heat pump systems using established live installation protocols.
- Perform comprehensive quality checks at various stages of the installation process to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
- Ensure all installations adhere to predefined criteria, meeting rigorous quality and performance benchmarks.
- Maintain and enhance quality standards for PV systems and heat pumps, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, installation, and maintenance, to optimize processes and enhance overall quality.
- Document and maintain accurate records of quality assessments, findings, and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend adjustments to increase efficiency and quality.
- Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in engineering software and applications relevant to mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong passion for technical work and a commitment to excellence.
- Openness to learning and adapting to new methodologies and evolving processes.
- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Preferred: degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
