Job Description

• Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process, from receiving the application to making the final offer in our IT Recruitment Team.
• First point of contact for tech applicants to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Coordination of telephone and face-to-face interviews to ensure a smooth process
• Independently conducting interviews with qualified candidates
• Proactively participate in projects to continuously improve and innovate the recruitment processes
• Supporting the creation of an inspiring and inclusive work environment through successful candidate acquisition
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in end-to-end recruiting for tech positions
• Quick to learn and willingness to actively contribute
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business
• Familiar with recruiting in start-ups and filling multiple vacancies at the same time
• Open personality with strong assertiveness and social skills
• Competent use of ATS tools and Excel
