As a Accounts Specialist, you will play a vital role in handling invoices and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Description

Responsibilities
As a Accounts Specialist, you will play a vital role in handling invoices and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, categorizing, and accurately recording invoices
- Reconciling debtor/creditor accounts and resolving any discrepancies
- Monitoring payment deadlines and initiating invoice corrections when necessary
- Managing incoming reminders, maintaining written communication with suppliers, and proposing payment solutions
- Serving as a point of contact for various departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication
- Completed a commercial vocational training or hold a degree in business administration
- Relevant experience in accounting
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in German is considered a valuable asset
- Strong familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
- Demonstrated reliability, detail-oriented and methodical work approach, and the ability to work independently
