Job Description

Embark on a unique learning journey at Enpal as a working student in Talent Acquisition. You'll assist in hiring for Tech and Product roles, manage screening pipelines and interviews, communicate with candidates, and source talent via LinkedIn. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment dedicated to sustainable energy solutions. Join us, and let's make a difference together!

You Will

• Support a team of experienced Tech Talent Acquisition Managers.
• Assist in hiring for various positions within Tech and Product (e.g. Software Engineers, Product Manager or IT Specialists).
• Take ownership of screening pipelines and interview scheduling.
• Manage candidate communication within the team as needed.
• Identify and approach potential talents through LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial interviews once onboarded successfully.
  
  
  

Qualifications

You are:

• Enrolled in a university for at least two more semesters.
• Studying Business, Economics, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• Available to support for 20 hours per week, ideally four hours daily.
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent and compelling in verbal and written communication.
• Attentive to details while being able to see the bigger picture.
• Hands-on, proactive, dependable, curious and well-organised.
• Fluent in English and ideally also German (C1).
